How do I top up my PrePay account?

It’s very simple to add PrePay funds to your account. You can either use the link in the top right hand corner of the website or visit your ParcelsPlease account. Simply enter the amount you would like to top up and you’ll be taken through to Sagepay to complete your deposit. You will receive an email receipt following your top up to confirm that payment has been successful.

Is there a minimum top up?

The minimum you can deposit into your account is £20 and the maximum that can be held in your PrePay account is £300. Join the 5% club today! Every time you use the PrePay option to pay for your shipment, you’ll automatically save 5% at the checkout.

Where can I view my balance?

Your PrePay account balance will appear in the top right hand corner of the website when you’re logged in to your account. It will also be shown on the PrePay top up page in your account.

How long are my funds valid for?

Your funds are valid for 12 months after which time your balance will expire.

Can I use my PrePay credit for part payment of a shipment?

No, unfortunately not. If you wish to use your account funds, you will need to have sufficient funds in your account to cover the full value of the shipment including any VAT payable.
