Parcel Tracking

Once your shipment has been booked and paid for, you’ll automatically be emailed a receipt to confirm your transaction. On your receipt there is a tracking link which you can use to track the whereabouts of your parcel. You can also enter this tracking number in the tracking box on the ParcelsPlease homepage or in the Advanced Tracking section of your ParcelsPlease account.

Parcel Tracking for Your Customers

If you’re sending a parcel to your customer using ParcelsPlease, you can give your customer the tracking number of the parcel you’re sending to them. They too can enter the tracking number into the parcel tracking box on the ParcelsPlease homepage.

Simply provide your customer with the tracking number located on your ParcelsPlease receipt and they will be able to view the shipment status of your/their order.

Track Your Parcel

The ParcelsPlease Tracking Search Engine can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Using the Advanced Tracking tab in your account you will be able to search for any of the shipments you’ve made in the past 3 years. Whether you want to search by tracking number, collection date, or by the recipient you’ve shipped to, the search engine will provide you with all the information you could possibly need about your current and previous shipments.
