When can I call?

Our Customer Service Team are on hand to assist with any questions you may have regarding your shipments and our service. Please choose the relevant option on our phone menu in order to reach the correct department.

You can also track your parcels at any time in your ParcelsPlease account or by using the tracking box on the homepage of the website.

Telephone Bookings

In order to keep our prices so low, we encourage customers to use the ParcelsPlease website to obtain quotations and to process their bookings.

Our helpful customer team are also delighted to take bookings over the telephone if you are unable to use the website: please note that a £5.50+vat processing fee will apply to these orders. This charge only applies to services which are fully bookable online.
